Dear Customer,
under articles 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003, No 196 (hereinafter for short "D.Lgs.") we wish to inform you that:
1) the information you provided to Irondie.com during the registration process in Irondie website will be treated in compliance with the aforementioned law and confidentiality obligations therein;
2) for “processing of personal data” under Article .4 of D.Lgs. It is meant any operation, or set of operations, (carried out with or without electronic means) concerning the collection, recording, organization, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, if not registered in a database;
3) data are treated for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to our company activity, such as filing, processing, billing, customer management and in particular:
a) to comply with legal obligations (civil, tax, accounting laws) connected with the administrative management of the relationship you have with our firm;
b) to fulfill contractual obligations of technical support and information, and after-sales service;
c) to satisfy commercial needs, such as: market researches, statistical and marketing, all related to products sold by Irondie.com;
3a) The explicit subscription to our newsletter is necessary to receive communications about:
a) to communicate business information (future commercial initiatives, new products, etc.), services and offers, either by Irondie.com or by his commercial partners and suppliers, with advertising e-mails.
The sending of e-mails will not imply in any case in the transfer of personal data to third parties.
This option will not determine, unless specifically approved by you, the monitoring of sites you visit or the control the messages you read;
b) to run games with prizes and to promote commercial initiatives, all in the interest of Irondie.com customer;
4) the transfer of your data is required to comply with contractual and legal obligations arising from the relationship with Irondie.com.
5) the data: are recorded in our database to which only persons authorized by Irondie.com have access;
We also inform you that every person can exercise the rights under article 7 of D.Lgs. that summarized below:
the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data are available, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in a clear and understandable way;
the right to obtain confirmation:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment personal data;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment of personal data with electronic systems;
d) the identity of company owner, managers and designated agent;
e) persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who can get to know such data as appointed agents in the area or managers.
The party has also the right to:
a) the updating, the rectification or (is interested) the integration of data;
b) the erasure,the deidentification or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been communicated to those to whom the data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible to fulfill or involves costs objectively disproportionate to the protected right.
The party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons:
a) to the processing of personal data, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for sending advertising materials, for direct sales or for market surveys or commercial communications.
The person responsible for personal data treatment and protection is Mr. Giulio Valtancoli (C.F. VLTGLI70L09F2050), as legal representative of the company Bluestar srl.
The data are processed using systems that guarantee security and confidentiality. The data are stored in the database situated in the company premises. A Security officer has been appointed to be responsible for designing, building and maintaining security measures required by articles 31 and 33 of D.Lgs.
Please take note of above mentioned rules: in case they are not accepted, the registration will be discontinued.
Conditions of sale
These General Conditions are for the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via computer network at Irondie.com. website.
Each purchase transaction will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as regards of privacy protection, will be submitted to the rules laid down in the Law No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
